As most of you know, TNB has always been able to provide a complete solution and we have worked with you to provide one responsibility, i.e. TNB, to solve all problems, whether they are accounting software, hardware, printers, label printers, laser printers, receipt printers, networks, operating systems or other point of sale peripherals. In so doing we have worked with different vendors to provide hardware, networks and Unix support. We have been working with different vendors for some time, but experience has shown that some of them are rising to the top. This has been largely due to their timely response to our customers problems and the prompt solution of them. The software and hardware systems that we furnish are very sophisticated. Those who build the computers and work on the hardware must know the basic requirements of the software. We are comfortable that we have reached a level of understanding with our vendors. This will insure that the system and its care and maintenance through it's life is in the hands of experts.
